You must have a Return Authorization Number to ship your tires or wheels back to 4 Quick Tires. Please call us at
(866) 855-2542
or email us at returns@4quicktires.com to receive a return authorization number.
We receive and ship thousands of tires and wheels each week and if we do not know your shipment is on the way it might get delayed in our warehouse system. That is why we ask you to call or email us for a return authorization number so we know your product is being returned and we will be on the lookout for it.
After you get your return authorization number, please be sure to re-package your product in the manner suggested below. Tires are pretty tough to bang up, but if not packaged properly, wheels can be damaged in shipment. Please follow the instructions below to insure we receive your return without any damage.
Tires: We sent tires in a box because of Federal Express and UPS shipping rules. A box will not stop their conveyer belts like a bare tire will. Please send the tires back in the same box we sent you. You may have to tape this box because of the damage it received when opened, but a new box is usually not necessary since tires are hard to damage. (However, if you think you need a new box, let us know when you call in your return).
Wheels: Wheels can be damaged very easily if not properly boxed. Here is what you need to do to ship your wheels back to 4 Quick Tires.
Be sure the lug nuts, valve stems, hub rings or any loose parts are put in a box by themselves and securely taped shut. Be sure to really package the parts in a way they will not break loose. (If these are left to bounce around in the box it will damage the wheel).
The wheel boxes may have sustained some minor damage on the way out or while being opened. If this is so, please tape cardboard on the places where this has happened. In extreme cases, where the boxes are really damaged, we may need to send you new boxes. If this is needed please let us know when you call in your return.
When we receive your product you will be informed via email. At this time your paperwork will be given to our accounting department and a credit or refund will be issued.

Customer Testimonials
I purchased 4 wheels and received my product in 2 days time. I went to wheel shops in town and no one could come close to your price. The wheels came in perfect condition with every single part I needed to install the wheels. I took them to a local tire shop and they put them on while I waited. The guy at the tire shop said I could probably sell my old wheels to the Lexus dealer so I put them in my trunk and stopped over and got $200 bucks for my old wheels from them. Thank-you for the great service you have given me. When I need tires you will be the place I call.
Doug, Pittsburgh
Wheels look fantastic, get lots of comments on them. Your selection was the best!!!
Diane, Florida
This is the 3rd set of Wheels and Tires I have purchased from you. You make it easy. I don't even think about anyone else.
Mark, D.C.
I had expensive tires on my vehicle and could not afford to replace them at $350 a tire. I found you guys and bought the Lexani tires. I know Lexani is a great brand name of tires and wheels and could not believe the price. I was nervous and the guy at the dealer told me that my car would not ride as well if I didn't spend the $350 bucks. Well I spent almost $1,000 less and guess what my car rides exactly the same. I am so glad I didn't believe their sales pitch. Now I have new tires and my bank account isn't drained. I will see you in 40,000 miles.
Walter, Naples
My friend told me about you guys. We were at dinner and he looked at my tires and said WOW!!! I guess I haven't checked in a while because they were pretty bald. I went to a couple of places and then tried you for price and you were much better than the others. Plus you were so easy to buy from.
Hal
Just wanted to let you know about the problem you solved for me and the outcome. I bought 4 wheels from you and I got a small vibration from one of them. I was worried that and thought here goes a big battle to get this fixed. I called your guy and explained the problem. He told me this was rare but it does happen some times. He sent me a new wheel and paid all the shipping for the exchange. I didn't have to do a thing except talk to him for about 3 minutes.
B, Florida
Thank-you for the great service on my new wheels. WOW! What a difference it makes to my car. I get people asking me what style my wheels are at gas stations. It is like a new car.

Tire Warranties
Most tires are covered by a limited warranty, issued by the manufacturer of the tire. These limited warranties typically last 4 years from the purchase date, or until the tire 's original tread is worn to 2/32nds of an inch. To make a claim on these warranties, proof of purchase is required so you must have a copy of your original sales invoice.
There are three performance areas generally covered by these warranties.
1. Workmanship and Materials
Tire warranties cover problems relating to the manufacturer 's quality of workmanship and materials. A tire is under full warranty for the initial 25% of tread life or the first year of ownership, whichever comes first. If an issue occurs during this time, the tire may be exchanged free of charge. For the remainder of the warranty, the tire 's value is prorated, meaning the customer would receive credit for the amount of wear left on the tire.
2. Tread Life/Mileage Performance
Tread life and mileage warranties state a tires potential durability and are helpful for comparing tires during the purchasing process. A tread life warranty is only available to the original tire owner, and only with the vehicle on which the initial tires were installed. You should be aware that tread life and mileage warranties are not available from every manufacturer or may only be available with specific tires.
3. Uniformity Warranty
Uniformity warranties covers issues including out-of-round tires and uneven weight distribution. If a new tire causes ride issues due to some defect in the tire, it will be noticeable by the driver and should be addressed as soon as possible. It is necessary to diagnose the problem quickly because uniformity warranties only cover the first year of service or the first 1/32-to-2/32 inch of tread wear. Prior to leaving the factory, tires are thoroughly inspected by the manufacturer. As a result, manufacturers will not accept a request that declares all four tires are defective. Manufacturers insist the cause of the problem be isolated to particular tires before attempting to exchange tires.
Road Hazard Warranty
Road Hazard tire incidents are almost never covered by the warranty issued by the tire manufacturer. In fact, most tire issues do not result from faulty manufacturing. Instead, most problems are caused by hazards on the road like potholes and curbs, which can lead to cuts and punctures. If you wish coverage for these events, it generally needs to be purchased separately.
What you need to know about tires
If you just want a good tire at a reasonable price, the following will help you.
Of highest importance is tire safety.
The Department of Transportation, (DOT), approves all tires that are for sale for use on the streets of the USA. Expensive or inexpensive, all tires used on US roads must get DOT approval.
Since all tires are DOT approved, the next thing you need to think about is if you need a "leading advertised brand" tire. There is only one way to be a leading brand: Advertise. Advertising costs a lot of money and you will be paying for this when you buy a "leading brand" tire.
If you just want a tire that will fit on your vehicle and give you many miles of driving enjoyment choose our site and see the tires that will fit your car from the least inexpensive to the most expensive advertised brands and make a choice.
By the way, just because a auto manufacturer put a certain brand of tire on your car it doesn't mean you will have to stay with the brand when you buy new tires. The manufacturer put that tire on your car because they offered them the best overall deal. The brands manufacturers use change regularly.
With 4QuickTires you can choose any qualities you want in a tire. We would also like you to tell your friends about us, so we strive to give you the best value that you can get in a tire purchase.
How can I make my tires last longer?
Rotate your tires every 5,000-7,000 miles
Know your tire pressure and check it on a regular basis. Low pressure will make
tires run hot and wear more quickly. Under inflated tires will make the outside tread
wear quicker than the inside tread.
Over inflated tires will result in excessive tire wear in the center of the tire.
Air naturally leeches from tires. This happens faster in hot air, but it still happens
in cold air. That is why you need to check your tire pressure a few times a month
at least.
Drive Easy. Hard corners and fast starts will shorten your tire life.
Try to steer around pot holes, glass, and road debris.
How do I find my tire size?
If you go look on the side of your tire you will see a series of seven numbers that look like
this 225 / 55 / 17. This is the size of your tire. If you have the size and only want tires you
can put these seven numbers in the search by size field on our site and see every tire that we
have that will fit your vehicle.
Shopping tips
If you just want to replace your tires without changing the size just get the 7 digit number off of the tire. It looks like this 215 / 40 / 16. Simply put that 7 digit number in our tire search and see all of our brands and pricing for that size of tire.
If you are looking for wheels, put in your vehicle information first. We carry hundreds of styles of wheels and not all styles fit all vehicles. If you look for a wheel by your vehicle you will only see what fits.
When you order wheels from us we will be sure you have the right lug nuts, hub rings and chrome valve stems to install them. You don't have to search lug nut charts to find the correct size it is all included in our service to you. And it is all FREE.
We carry the high cost, big brand names of tires but you pay for a lot of advertising when you buy these tires. All of our tires are DOT approved. Some of the brands are from new manufacturers and you may not have heard of them. They are all excellent tires that are less expensive because they just don't have the overhead of the older brands.
To get your new tires or wheels installed you can pre arrange for delivery of our product to your favorite and close by tire shop or anyone who installs tires and wheels. Simply give us the address of your selected installer and we will ship it to them with your name on it. If you are getting both tires and wheels from us we will mount and balance your wheels and you can simply jack up your car in your driveway and install the product. Please refer to lug nut torquing in our wheel section. You need to torque your lugs properly and check them after driving 50 miles. Installers of this product can be tire shops, auto parts shops, muffler shops, stereo shops and even your corner gas station.
If you are buying tires...
What is on my vehicle now?
If you look on the side of your tire, you will see a series of seven numbers that look like this: 245 / 35 / 20 (If you see a letter like "R" or "ZR", ignore it)
ALL tires have these seven numbers printed on them "245" - This is the width of your tire in millimeters "35" - This is the sidewall height expressed as a % of the tire width "20" - This is the diameter of the wheels currently on your vehicle
Wherever you buy tires, everyone will want to know this
When should I replace my tires?
When your tread depth is too low. 2/32" is too low. Somewhere between 3/32" and 5/32" is when it needs to be done. Put a penny in the groove and measure how far it goes in.
What if I only want one or two tires? The vast majority of people when buying just one or two tires should:
Buy the same brand/model tire as are on the vehicle now
Put the new tires on the back, moving the used to the front Note: If you have an AWD vehicle, check your owner's manual. Some brands of AWD vehicles insist all tires must have the same wear level.
What if I want larger or smaller tires than I have now?
If you want a larger or smaller diameter of a tire you will need to get a new set of wheels for your vehicle. To be sure the size you are looking to install fits your vehicle just go to our application guide. If you have 17 inch tires now and want to go to 20 inch if it has an application on our guide it will fit your vehicle. If it doesn't it won't without some kind of modification from you.
If my tires wear down before I think they should, will you give me a credit?
Tires wear in different degrees due to many factors (jack rabbit starts, hard cornering, improper inflation, mechanical problems with your vehicle, tire rotation). If you purchased the tires from us and you feel that the tires wore down excessively fast without any of the above issues call our customer service department and we will look into the problem.
If I want my tires to last a long time and perform well, what do I have to do?
Four things:
1. Keep the recommended amount of air in them by checking tire pressure once or twice a month
2. Rotate them every 5-7,000 miles
3. Get lucky and not run over something sharp
4. Drive sanely. Wild drivers have to buy tires far too often. Good for us. Bad for you.
1. We have access to inventory of over 100,000 tires and wheels and receive trailer loads of product weekly. This means we simply pick it and ship it. We don't have to go looking for what you want.
2. We have industry experts that watch over the entire ordering and shipping process. We don't make mistakes. The reason we are such perfectionists on this is that if we make a mistake it costs us money since we stand behind the promise that if you order it from us it will be right.

What is your warrranty?
4 Quick Tires advises our wholesale dealers to explain the proper care and maintenance procedures to the end user.
All wheels are covered by the manufacturer's warranties and guidelines.
Wheel Maintenance
1. REGULAR CLEANING: Typical road soils trap moisture which can cause corrosion over a period of time. Brake dust is itself
corrosive and can also cause pitting of the wheel's finish. The soils must be removed regularly, even weekly, depending on
driving habits.
2. USE OF THE PROPER CLEANING AGENTS: The finish of the wheel should be treated like the finish of a car. Household
cleaning products are too harsh and should be avoided. Commercial wheel cleaning products should be used with caution, as
they may be acid or lye based. Mild dish soap and water is all that is needed to properly clean the wheels.
3. NEVER CLEAN WHEELS WHEN THEY ARE HOT. Never spray cold water on extremely hot wheels. Allow time to cool
before cleaning with soap and water. Never use scouring pads to clean wheels. Avoid harsh chemicals and tire cleaners,
including those that may be used at commercial car washes.
5. Chrome pitting is not covered by any wheel manufacturer. (pitting is not the same as chrome separation)
6. Manufacturers warrant only the face of the wheel, and not pitting or peeling on the backside. Proper attention should be paid to
back side of chrome plated wheels when cleaning.
proper maintenance procedures are not followed, chrome wheels are susceptible to pitting. Photos below are examples of pitting due to neglect, and are not warrantable.
My wheels arrived damaged
Since We check every wheel before it goes out, the damage to the wheel most likely happened in transit. We
package all of our product to withstand the vigorous handling the shipping companies put it through but
sometimes even we can't protect their assault on your wheels.
That doesn't mean we will not handle the problem for you. You need only call our customer support or email
our customer support and we will ship you out another wheel to replace the damaged one. We will also send a
tag to pick up the damaged product. You do not need to do anything but let us know and it will be handled
for you.
You will need lug nuts, chrome valve stem, and hub rings. Hub rings are thin spacers
that make your wheel fit perfectly concentric to your vehicle. It gives you a true smooth
ride. Hub rings are needed on all of today's custom wheels. If you have gotten wheels
in the past from anyone and have not put hub rings on then you are not getting the best
ride for your vehicle. ALL OF THESE PART'S ARE FREE TO ANYONE WHO BUYS CUSTOM
WHEELS FROM US. This is part of the service we offer.

If you are buying wheels...
Since there are so many different fitment issues with custom wheels you should put your
vehicle information in first to see what is available for your vehicle. If you go
right to the styles you cannot be sure what fits and what doesn't fit. By going to the
vehicle information first you will only see the wheels that fit your particular
vehicle.
How do I get an idea of what my wheels will look like on my car?
If you go to our virtual showroom you can choose the make, model and color of your
vehicle and from there put different wheels on to compare. This gives you a real good
idea of what you will like on your vehicle. Java needs to be on your computer to do
this, but this is a safe and trusted software.
What performance benefits will alloy wheels give over steel wheels?
Better braking and acceleration. This is accomplished because it is a lighter material.
Better cooling of the brakes. The metals in alloy wheels are superb conductors of heat. Also with most alloy wheels you will have better air flow past your brakes.
Better cornering: The added rigidity of an alloy wheels help your vehicle take
corners better.
Can I put larger diameter wheels on my vehicle?
We call this plus sizing and it is a great way to improve the looks and performance of
your vehicle. If you input your vehicle on our site it will give you up the different
size wheels you can install. This is done by reducing the sidewall of your tire and
increasing the wheel diameter. As you know this looks very good when you see this on
the street, it also makes your vehicle handle better.
What do I clean my wheels with?
Clean your wheels when they are cold, with a mild soap and water and a soft cloth.
Never use harsh wheel cleaners.
Do not steam clean your wheels, it may cause damage to the coating.
