4 Quick Tires respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it.  

This document describes 4 Quick Tires Consumer Data Privacy Policy, that is, how we protect your privacy and treat your data when you submit personal information to us.

The technical aspects of privacy protection, such as encryption and data transfer security, are described in the Transaction Security Capabilities and Policies section below. The 4 Quick Tires purchase order form consists of a number of fields that you are asked to fill in. Some of them are compulsory, others optional. The compulsory fields are:

• Your name

• Email address

• Telephone number

• Physical address

• Your Country

This data is required in order to process your order and deliver confirmation to you. 4 Quick Tires stores the information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties uninvolved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unsolicited information. You can choose not to receive information on 4 Quick Tires products.

To secure payment, you have to provide the following information:

• Credit card number

• Expiration date of credit card

• Credit card CVV code (3 digits on back of VISA, MC, DISCOVER, 4 digits on front of AMEX cards)

• Full name

Transaction Security Policies

The credit card information is sent directly to our payment provider (JetPay Merchant Services) who processes your order. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by 4 Quick Tires or JetPay Merchant Services, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. The transaction has a very high level of security, as described below. If you have any questions or require more information regarding payment options, 4 Quick Tires policies, products or other, please contact us by email.

Your credit card details are sent directly to 4 Quick Tires payment provider JetPay Merchant Services (visit JetPay Merchant Services for more information) over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction. The payments are deposited by 4 Quick Tires authorised customer service staff. Other 4 Quick Tires employees do not have access to JetPay Merchant Services's transaction management system. Your contact information is sent to 4 Quick Tires server over an unencrypted connection and forwarded to our authorised customer service staff.
